It's always best to let us know if you need special assistance with your flights.
- At the time of booking: On the 'Traveller Details' page, add your request to the 'Additional Comments' field. If you're booking for multiple people, be sure to mention who the Special Assistance is for. Our team will take care of the rest.
- After booking: If you're already booked with us, simply jump on the chat or send us a quick email with your booking reference number and the details of the traveller needing the special meal and we'll take care of the rest
For customers needing Wheelchair Assistance, we'll also need to know if the passenger is able to walk to/from the aircraft door to their allocated seat.
It's worth noting that on some codeshare flights, special requests need to be made directly with the airline. Our team will advise if this is the case.
