1. Cancellation Support Fee Waiver
- Inclusion: Should you choose to cancel your flights, Mix&Match will waive its standard cancellation service fee of $60 per person (Domestic) or $100 per person (international) upon the cancellation of your flights.
- Conditions:
- This waiver applies only to Mix&Match fees. Airline or supplier fees may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- The cancellation must be processed through Mix&Match at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
2. Flight Change Support Fee Waiver
- Inclusion: Should you need to change the departure time/day of your flight, Mix&Match will waive its standard change fees of up to $100 per person
- Conditions:
- The waiver applies only to Mix&Match fees. Airline or supplier fees may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- The flight must remain on the same airline and the same route for the change fee waiver to apply.
- Changes must be processed through Mix&Match at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
3. Priority Assistance
- Inclusion: Customers selecting Premium Upgrade will receive priority assistance during normal business hours.
- Conditions:
- Priority assistance is available only during Mix&Match’s normal business hours.
- Priority assistance is available via the priority form submission with the dedicated link found in your travel documents.
- Priority assistance does not guarantee resolution time but ensures faster response times.
4. Price Assurance
- Inclusion: Customers selecting Premium upgrade will receive Price Assurance protection in the event of their flights being re-advertised at a lower rate following the confirmation of their booking.
- Conditions:
- The lower fare must be displayed on Mix & Match and must match the same dates, airline, number of passengers, booking classes, and flight numbers as the original booking.
- Claims must be submitted via the dedicated Price Assurance form (enter URL) and contain a screenshot of the lower-advertised fare, date of advertisement, and corresponding booking conditions (travel dates, booking class etc)
- Upon successful claim, Mix & Match credit vouchers will be provided via email to the value of the corresponding price difference (up to the value of $50 per person).
- Vouchers are valid for future travel, are non-transferrable and must be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
- Only one claim per booking may be submitted.
5. Family Bonus
- Inclusion: When Premium upgrade is selected, all benefits are extended to those booked on Child Fares at no additional cost
- Conditions:
- Applies only to children aged 2-12 at the time of travel.
- Children must be booked on the same ticket as the adult customer(s) selecting premium support.
General Conditions
- Changes and Amendments: Mix&Match reserves the right to change or amend this product and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Limitations: All benefits and waivers under this service upgrade product are subject to availability and may not be available for all flights or bookings.
- Exclusions: This product is not available for group bookings or corporate travel accounts.
